*MATES AND KITS*

MATES
-to become mates you have to have at least role played the two characters 5 times.
-no interclan relationships unless bought in the shop. Check shop for more details.
-once you are prepared to become mates please send character references to founder or a co founder. We will announce the two of you becoming mates. We also need both owners to give the go ahead.
-medicine cats may have mates.
-the final step to becoming mates is to draw the couple together.
-Kits and apprentices cannot have mates, although apprentices can have Love interests.

KITS
-to have kits you must be mates. Cats can split up however, during pregnancy or after.
-to have kits you have to have at least roleplayed the two characters  7 times.
-Medicine cats can have kits if they are male. This is not trying to be sexist, but it is only fair. Female medicine cats would not have time to care for their clan an der their kits. Males, however, do because their mates do most of the kit care.
-ask your clan leader to roll a die, 1-6. The number it lands on is the number of kits you will have. If a 5 or a 6 is rolled, reroll.  If you wish to have any stillborn kits that is up to you. Only a maximum of two kits may be stillborn in a litter.
-only one kit from a litter can Be kept by each parents owner. The rest must be adopted out to other members. If they are not adopted out by the assigned kitting day- two months from the day The die were rolled, the kits are stillborn.
-you may design the kits or allow their adopters to do So. If you design the kit please use the Kit Adopt sheet found in the "featured" file in the gallery.
